At Celpip Prep Desk, we aim to provide clear, reliable, and helpful exam preparation and support services. Because many of our services are digital, personalized, or time-sensitive, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged for a service but did not receive it

  • The service provided does not reasonably match what was described or agreed upon

  • You contact our support team within 7 days of service delivery with a valid explanation

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and its completion status.

Important: Services that have already been successfully completed or delivered cannot be refunded.


2. Non-Refundable Services

Once initiated or completed, the following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed writing, speaking, or score-related facilitation services

  • Certificate support or processing that has already been finalized

  • Downloaded or accessed digital resources (e.g., question packs or learning materials)

  • Registration assistance once submission has been completed on your behalf

These services involve irreversible processing, digital access, or third-party actions.


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order reference and a clear reason for the request

  3. Our team will review the request and may contact you for additional details

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
